Here are a few trouble shooting tips
- Please check for any errors that we have told you about in the form. They will be highlighted in red and should explain any problems (like entering a town in the postcode box)
- Turn off any pop-up blockers or ad blockers
- Try using a different internet browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome are all supported on PetWise).
- If you are using an older internet browser, please consider updating it to a newer version
- PetWise uses cookies to work, so you will need to ensure that you have cookies enabled in your browser
